Guttering is designed to reroute water away from the house. If the guttering is faulty, the water can enter the house causing damp, wood rot and more.

I am currently midway studying site carpentey, level 2 diploma city and guilds so if you need some odd jobs doing you'll get me cheaper! Architraving, skirting boards, hanging doors, stud walls etc.
